Hit Fitness Flora has 2 separate air-conditioned halls and a spinning hall. Here we organize regular group lessons under the guidance of certified lecturers. You can look forward to, for example, fitbox, HIIT, circuit training, yoga, aerobics, Personal group training lessons and much more. Just choose and book your place.

Power yoga

Power yoga is a dynamic style of yoga practice, during which there is a faster alternation of individual asanas. It focuses on stretching the shortened muscles of the whole body and strengthening them. Power yoga exercises support the proper functioning of internal organs, help against back pain and increase physical condition. At the same time, practicing yoga develops concentration and has a positive effect on mental well-being.

Pilates for pregnant women

Pilates is a method of exercise that strengthens and stretches the whole body. Thanks to Pilates, you will learn to properly activate little-trained muscles and the center of the body, thus improving your overall posture. This is very beneficial during pregnancy, when the curve of the spine and the pelvis are fundamentally changed. Thanks to Pilates exercises, you will balance these changes and you will probably avoid back and joint pain. At the same time, you will learn to consciously work with the breath, which you will take full advantage of during childbirth.


Pilates is a method of exercise that strengthens and stretches the whole body. Attention is focused on muscles that are little used and tend to weaken or shorten. Thanks to Pilates, you will learn to activate these muscles properly and thus improve your overall posture. Pilates is most often practiced slowly and focused, so you can pay full attention to each exercise and your breath.

Soft Yoga

is based on the principles of healthy movement. It's more of a stretching yoga, for beginners to moderately advanced. Of course, if someone more advanced comes to yoga, I won't let them be idle. I chose gentle yoga because of its slow and flowing movements, which help me stretch my body nicely and relax my mind. An important part is breathing techniques that improve mental well-being and reduce tension. Gentle yoga promotes proper posture and brings relaxation. Most importantly, it is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Strength Circuit

Strength circuit training - a novelty of the PGT TEAM. A warm up with pumping gets blood flowing and prepares all muscle groups for the load. Within one circuit, you will practice 6 complex techniques with dumbbells, barbells, BOSU and FLOWIN - always full body. In the entire training, we include 12 or 18 different strength techniques in 3 or 2 repetitions. Really comprehensive training will take you further in terms of performance and you will have fun.

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga, during which breath is combined with movement. During the exercise, there is a smooth transition from individual positions in the rhythm of the breath. It does not have a fixed set of positions. The individual sequences are often varied according to the ideas of a particular lecturer. Yoga has a positive effect on stress levels, it develops physical fitness, flexibility and helps mental well-being.

Healthy back - spin gym

The lesson is focused on preventive rehabilitation exercises aimed at strengthening the deep muscles along the spine. As a result, its statics improve overall. Mobilization techniques and visualization of upright posture lead to improved holding of this axial organ. Exercise is suitable as prevention and rehabilitation for chronic pain in the back or neck, blockages in the spine or SI joints.

Bodyforming PGT

Bodyforming is a lesson focused on exercising and strengthening the whole body. The training is balanced so that the muscles of the upper and lower body are involved during the lesson, including the strengthening of the abdominal muscles and the center of the body. In order to achieve the best possible results, the key is the correct technique of performing the exercise, which the lecturer supervises during the lessons. Bodyforming is also an intensive lesson, so in addition to strengthening your muscles, you will also burn a large number of calories.


Fitbox is a dynamic exercise that includes elements of boxing, kickboxing and other martial arts. Special totems are used for exercise, which are available in the exercise hall. The lesson is focused on strengthening and exercising the whole body, and last but not least on relaxing and relieving mental tension. The lessons are composed of various combinations of kicks and punches, which the lecturer always demonstrates first, so even a beginner does not have to worry. During the lesson, they practice with bandages, which are designed to protect their hands during blows. If you do not have your own bandages, you can borrow them for CZK 10 at the reception.

Aerobic PGT

Aerobics, led by Personal Group Training instructors, aims mainly to enjoy exercise. The first priority is always to put together effective aerobic training and exercise in the natural ranges of movement with correct and active posture. The choreographies accompanied by music are therefore not overly complicated and you can then focus on the very joy of movement while effectively exercising the body. Aerobics is thus suitable for complete beginners and advanced athletes.

Bodyforming tabata PGT

Tabata is a very effective form of intensive interval training. The principle of tabata is to repeat the exercise 8 times for 20 seconds, with a pause of 10 seconds between intervals. During the lesson, you will train and strengthen the whole body and at the same time contribute to the development of physical and strength. Tabata is very energy intensive and burns a large number of calories during it. Each lesson is diverse and you can look forward to a wide range of exercises.

Step/leg day PGT

The Step / leg day lesson effectively combines aerobic and shaping training using a step. The lesson is divided into two parts, where the first part lasts approximately 25 minutes and is focused on aerobic training with a step. The second part of the lesson is the shaping strength and endurance training of the legs and buttocks with its own weight, which also uses the podium.

Circuit Training

Circular training is an intense form of exercise that engages all the muscles of the body. During the lesson, exercise intervals of different lengths usually alternate with shorter rest intervals. Circular training comprehensively develops explosiveness, strength and endurance. There will be several rounds of exercises waiting for you, which you will always practice at the given locations. Circular training is suitable for experienced athletes, but also for beginners, because everyone on the site determines the difficulty according to their abilities.

Core/abs & mobility

Modern lesson concept focused on effective and dynamic exercise of the whole body with emphasis on the problematic center of the body. During the lesson, the body is warmed up by dynamic stretching and the shoulder and wrist area is mobilized. The main part of the lesson consists of CORE training in two and ABS in one sequence. The lesson ends with stretching, which focuses on improving the mobility of the spine and root joints.


Taebo is a specially designed form of intensive exercise using elements of martial arts and art. By combining kick and punch techniques, you can effectively train the muscles of the upper and lower body and at the same time strengthen the often neglected center of the body. The lesson is intended for everyone who wants to improve their condition, lose weight or shape their body, strengthen or strengthen. Taebo is also a great way to clear your head all day.

Hiit & abs

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is one of the most popular and highly effective ways to lose weight while shaping and strengthening the muscles of the whole body. The point is that you really train to the maximum during a given interval and during the break you rest and gain strength for the next interval. The lessons are then supplemented by exercises focused on the abdominal muscles, the strengthening of which is necessary for the correct execution of exercises and any other exercises.

Step aerobic PGT

Step aerobics is an aerobic lesson during which athletes overcome a certain height difference by climbing on a raised mat or step. Stepping on the step stimulates the muscles of the lower limbs, which leads to their strengthening and shaping. The training is accompanied by music and the choreography is always designed to involve both beginners and advanced athletes.


Spinning is considered one of the most effective cardiovascular exercises in recent years, in which the athlete increases his endurance by riding a stationary bike. Spinning does not burden the joint system and is ideal for training and strengthening the muscles of the body, especially the legs, buttocks, arms and torso.
The lessons are accompanied by motivating music under the guidance of a lecturer. Spinning is suitable for both advanced and beginners, because the load and speed are determined by everyone.
